Klauzula informacyjna

Na podstawie art. 13 ust. 1 i 2 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady Europejskiej 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych, oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (Dz. Urz. UE L 119 z 04.05.2016), zwanego dalej „RODO”, informujemy, iż:

 

1. Administratorem Państwa danych osobowych jest  ABBela.​

2. Kontakt w sprawach ochrony danych osobowych możliwy jest pod adresem e-mail: art.abbelaporcelain@gmail.com

3. Państwa dane osobowe będą przetwarzane na podstawie art. 6 ust 1 lit. b) lub f) RODO, w celu realizacji umowy, lub wykonywanych zleceń. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez upoważnionych pracowników, oraz współpracowników, w procesie realizacji umowy, na podstawie obowiązującego prawa.

4. Państwa dane osobowe, wynikające z zawarcia i realizacji umowy, lub zlecenia, będą przechowywane przez okres nie dłuższy, niż jest to niezbędne do celów, w jakich są przetwarzane.

5. Przysługuje Państwu prawo do żądania od administratora danych dostępu do treści swoich danych osobowych, prawo do ich sprostowania, usunięcia, lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, a ponadto prawo do otrzymania swoich danych osobowych w ustrukturyzowanym formacie informatycznym.

6. Przysługuje Państwu prawo do wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego (Prezesa Urzędu Danych Osobowych), w przypadku uznania, że przetwarzanie Państwa danych osobowych naruszają przepisy RODO.

7. Podanie przez Państwa danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, ale niezbędne do zawarcia i realizacji umowy, bądź zlecenia.

8. Państwa dane nie będą udostępniane stronom trzecim.

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, we hereby inform you that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is ABBela.

  2. For matters related to personal data protection, you may contact us via email at: art.abbelaporcelain@gmail.com

  3. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) or (f) of the GDPR, for the purpose of performing a contract or carrying out an order. Personal data will be processed by authorized employees and collaborators in the course of fulfilling the contract, in accordance with applicable law.

  4. Your personal data, resulting from the conclusion and performance of a contract or order, will be stored for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

  5. You have the right to request from the data controller access to your personal data, as well as the right to rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data. You also have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

  6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

  7. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract or order.

  8. Your data will not be shared with third parties.
