Terms & Conditions for ABBela

Welcome to ABBela, where each piece of porcelain is custom-designed and hand-painted to order. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  • Custom Nature: All products are made to order and are unique works of art.

  • Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur. These differences are not considered defects but are part of the charm of handcrafted items.

3. Order Process

  • Design Confirmation: Before commencing the hand-painting process, we will send a final design confirmation via email.

  • Order Changes: Customers may request changes to the design before final confirmation. Once confirmed and payment is made, no further changes can be made.

  • Payment: Payment is required before the commencement of the painting process. For products with set prices, payment is due at the time of order. For custom-priced items, payment is due upon final design confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Each piece is hand-painted to order, typically taking 2–4 weeks for artistic preparation.

  • Shipping Time: After processing, shipping typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination and are displayed during checkout.

  • Carriers: We utilize various carriers based on the destination country and customer preferences.

  • Tracking: Tracking numbers are not provided. Customers will be notified via email once their order has been shipped.

  • Delivery Issues: In the event of damage or loss during shipping, customers must file a claim with the carrier. Resolution (replacement, refund, or other solutions) will be handled individually on a case-by-case basis.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and refunds are not available once the order has been confirmed and paid.

  • Order Errors: We ask for final confirmation via email before starting the painting process. Customers may change or cancel their order before final confirmation. After confirmation and payment, no changes, cancellations, refunds, or replacements are allowed.

  • Post-Delivery Modifications: Customers may contact us with proposals for changes or upgrades to the product after delivery. We will prepare a custom offer, and any costs for modifications will be borne by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All designs, artwork, and content on our website are the intellectual property of ABBela and are protected by copyright laws.

  • Usage: Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Product Use: Customers are responsible for the proper use and care of the products.

  • Liability: ABBela is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse, improper care, or natural wear and tear of the products.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary to process orders and communicate with customers.

  • Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your personal information and comply with applicable data protection laws.

  • Third Parties: We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill orders or as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.
