Return & Refund Policy for ABBela
Effective Date: October 1, 2025

Each ABBela piece is custom-designed and hand-painted to order, making it a unique work of art created especially for you. Because of the personalized and artistic nature of our products, returns and refunds are not available once an order has been confirmed and paid.

1. Order Confirmation & Changes
  • Before beginning the hand-painting process, we send a final design confirmation via email.

  • Customers may change, cancel, or resign from the order before confirming the final design.

  • Once the final design is confirmed and payment is completed, no changes, cancellations, refunds, or replacements are allowed.

  • If a customer wishes to modify the product after delivery, they may contact us with a proposal for changes or upgrades. We will prepare a custom offer, and any costs for modifications will be borne by the customer.

2. Damaged or Lost Items
  • Each item is securely packed and insured to ensure safe delivery.

  • In the event of damage or loss during shipping, a claim must be filed with the carrier.

  • The resolution (replacement, refund, or other solutions) will be handled individually on a case-by-case basis.

  • Customers must report any damage or missing items within 7 days of delivery via email at art.abbelaporcelain@gmail.com.
